El Dorado Kitchen & Hotel | Sonoma Wedding Photography | Crissandra + Mark

It turns out that St. Patrick’s Day of this year was the perfect spring day to get married, just as Crissandra and Mark predicted! The unusual warmth that day allowed us to take photographs lounging about on the quintessentially spring-green grass at Bartholemew Park in Sonoma, where we chose to do Crissandra & Mark’s first look, and then at some nearby vineyards with the yellow mustard grass that treats our eyes briefly here during this season in the Wine Country. Then off to the ceremony and reception at El Dorado Kitchen we went. It is such a treat to photograph here, because in case you’ve never been, besides being a classically elegant venue the food and wine at El Dorado Kitchen is absolutely phenomenal! Congratulations Crissy & Mark, you guys were awesome to work with!

St. Christopher’s Catholic Church, Hobe Sound, FL & The Mansion at Tuckahoe, Jensen Beach, FL Wedding Photography | Mairin + Brian

I am so happy to post some of these photos from Mairin & Brian’s awesome Hobe Sound & Jensen Beach wedding. It is truly fabulous for me to take off to Florida for a warm and sunny destination wedding when it’s freezing in the Bay Area – hee hee! I really couldn’t get enough of shooting bare feet and palm trees… And I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter couple to work with, either! I knew Mairin and Brian were going to be great to work with from our very first conversation. They were so willing to go anywhere and do anything I asked, that it was hard to stop coming up with more photos to take of them! I was also particularly excited to photograph my first bride and groom playing ping-pong, with an ocean backdrop, no less Brian and his childhood friends are hard-core ping-pong players, it turns out – I hope you can get a bit of a sense from the photos that these guys were *not* messing around! A special thanks to Rachel Pintarelli and her husband from Rockstar Catering Company & Event Planners for making the day run extra smoothly. Congratulations Mairin & Brian!
