Welcome to Gail & Lawrence’s quintessential DIY-meets-super-classy wedding! Overlooking Point Lobos National Reserve in Carmel on the day that several baby harbor seals were born there (saw them myself that very morning!), this wedding full of white & yellow tulips had spring written all over it.
